Looks beautiful on a handsomely set table and stores easily on counters or in refrigerators. Each piece will be slightly different and may have very-slight variations. This is a typed of glazed terra cotta earthenware that is widely used for both tableware and cooking in Spain. The dish is slowly fired in a kiln which ensures density and strength and then it is glazed again, but only in the interior, and fired again.
