The Pillivuyt extra deep rectangular roasters are new from Pillivuyt and were built to accommodate holiday and large-family meal preparations. Like all Pillivuyt culinary porcelain, the brilliant and impermeable glaze will keep this useful baking and roasting dish beautiful for years to come - no permanent discoloration or baked-on stains on the hard-glazed surfaces. The surface acts almost like non-stick in the clean-up process and is resistant to scratching or chipping. Heat conduction is even and efficient. The "ear" handles make this dish easy to remove from the oven and carry to the table. The added depth makes this dish particularly useful for roasting and avoiding splattering in the oven. The extra large deep roaster is our largest roaster, measuring 15 x 10 inches and a comfortable 3 inches in depth.
