Glazed Terra Cotta Clay with a flat bottom for use on electric cook tops. Perfect for the oven, stove, BBQ, and for serving. Lead free, oven safe, barbeque safe*, and stovetop safe*. (*We recommend soaking the pan in water for 10 minutes before use for stovetop or barbeque use. Never use over high heat, immediately under a broiler, or place an empty pan over heat. . .it will crack!)
