The pan provides twice as many true, chewy corner pieces. It is made of professional weight non stick carbon steel. The pan is 16Lx2Hx15W and has extended edges to make handling easy. It is sized to fit standard 9"x13" mixes and allows for easy pouring of mix. There are no messy individual slots or zig zagging pans to fill and no special spatula is required.
